Europeans were capable of expansion. They had the necessary tools and technology to allow other societies to improve on. Although they did not embrace the local cultures, they help culturalize the locals with ways of living in densely populated areas.
By achieving such a remarkable level of cooperation in policy areas as wide as the environment, trade, and agriculture; the EU is now serving as a model for almost every region across the world recognizing the benefits of enhanced political and economic integration.EU has a completely new economic system,and in doing so, EU is closer to fulfilling the dream of humanity: achieving ever lasting freedom, peace and prosperity.
